Customer's exported CSV has Est. Total Sales values in the Listing Age column and vice versa. Internal team could not reproduce the issue, but the customer confirmed it persists after extension update.
Etsy pages freeze for several seconds when the EverBee extension is active. Scrollbar disappears temporarily. The team could not reproduce it but suspects it may be related to bundle size and initial load time.
User has 2,272 tags but EverBee only shows ~243. Shubham confirmed the data is present in the backend, identified it as a frontend issue. Ticket assigned to Arnav.
No shop data or listing data displayed for the BlueEmbChicCo Etsy shop despite dashboard updates. Shubham manually updated the data but the underlying sync failure is unresolved. Data was last auto-updated July 24.
Customer's Shop Analyzer overview shows $0 despite having $200-400 in actual sales over 2 months. "My Shop" section shows correct data, but the overview and listing sales don't. Multiple reconnections didn't fix it.
User cannot see the Bestsellers filter in EverBee listings, only Etsy Picks and Free Shipping. Works in incognito mode. Root cause is Etsy gradually removing best-seller badges from listings.
User asked whether listing data graphs (available on search results page) are also on the shop view page. Answer: no, on-page metrics for the shop view page have not been implemented yet.
Issues that have been fixed or answered.
Total sales numbers dropped after shop update (best seller went from 70+ to 50). Shubham investigated and manually updated the shop data. Resolved same day.
Customer transferred subscription between two accounts but lost saved researches and couldn't reconnect Etsy shop. Shubham deleted the orphaned sales channel to unblock the reconnection. Resolved same day.
The floating listing details panel disappeared from individual Etsy listings for some users (region-specific Etsy UI change). An extension update was released to fix it. Confirmed working by Disu on Aug 10.
Listings showed 5 sales when the user had none. Shubham explained that listings with reviews trigger the sales estimation algorithm. Since the shop is not connected, EverBee uses review-based estimation. User advised to connect the shop for real data. Working as designed.
Multiple users reported being stuck in a loop when trying to connect their Etsy shop: "Grant Access" redirected them back to the connect page. Pawan identified the issue and deployed a fix to production. Some users needed an additional fix, which was also completed. No further reports after the fix.
Same connection loop issue as above. Shubham couldn't find anything on the backend. Nataly asked for a full-screen recording. Likely resolved by the same production fix deployed for the batch connection issue.
